SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We offer Secure and Insured Shipping World-Wide for all orders with BPost.

  • We ship World-Wide and the shipping costs vary with each country which is added at checkout. 

  • Delivery times are for guidance only and are subject to change due to unforeseen factors such as adverse weather conditions.

  • Our current standard delivery time is 2-7 working days after dispatch.

  • We aim to dispatch within 2 working day for all purchases. 

  • We will notify you if there should be a problem with item availability or if there are unforeseen delays in dispatch.

  • If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement by telephone on: +32 485 41 93 59

  • If your delivery has been delayed beyond 10 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left.

  • We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

If you have changed your mind or if you believe your item is faulty or damaged, Gold 24k bvba will repair, exchange or refund the original piece, in which case please adhere to the following steps:-

  • You must notify Gold24K bvba within 7 days of accepting delivery of your order and arrange return of the product within 7 days of the aforementioned notification

  • You must notify Gold24K bvba  by email gold24kbiz@gmail.com  to obtain a ‘Return Authorisation Number’ alternatively please call us directly.

  • You are requested to provide a ‘proof of purchase’, this may be an invoice or bank statement

  • Product must be returned to the Gold24k BVBA address, provided when you obtain a ‘Return Authorisation Number’

  • Upon receipt of the item, Gold24k bvba will refund to you the purchase price for the returned product, less any shipping costs.

  • You must return the Product in its original condition with the original packaging. Please note that you send the items at your responsibility and must arrange your own insurance if you wish to.

  • Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method or card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Gold 24k bvba .

  • It is important to note, that depending on which bank your account is held with, or payment method, please allow 14 days from the day Gold 24k bvba receives the product for your funds to be process and cleared

  • Refunds will only be issued to items purchased at the www.preciousmoments.gifts website.
